Our normal hours of operations are : 9 AM to 5 PM CST Mon-Fri.
We do respond to tickets on weekend if they are CRITICAL ( Server down ),
other issues will be resolved on a weekday.
Ticket Priority is given to customers who are logged in
at the time of the ticket submission.
Tickets have up to a 48-hour response time.

rather than your email for us to receive your response.
