In order to do a redirect URL. Follow the following steps.
1. Go to List.
2. Click on one of your lists.
3. For pages box, Click on "Manage"
4. On the Right corner look for a drop down menu called " Select another list page to edit "
5. Choose "Subscription confirmed"
6. Edit the URL on the bottom.
