Conditions for Exchange
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

The Goods have not been resold or distributed to any other person
The following Goods cannot be exchanged:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods purchased as White Lablel products

The supply of Goods which initial launch date is past 90 days

The supply of Goods for a new Goods launched within the past 30 days
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any Goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
The price of the new exchangeable Goods must be the same or lower than the previous purchased Goods.

Exchange requests made by email to anyone the Company will be ignored.
We reserve the right to offer up to 3 Goods for exchange via ticket. You have within 14 days to accept the offer. After 14 days, the offer will no longer be accepted.
Reseller Rights
In order for the Goods with Reseller Rights to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:
